Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand seasons or ministry events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
