At Awakened Anointing Oils, every product is crafted with intention, prayer, and care. Because our anointing oils are personal care and spiritual products, we want to ensure every customer feels confident in their purchase.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products — handcrafted anointing oils used for personal and spiritual purposes — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Admin@jayleeawakenedministriesllc.com. Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Unopened Items Unopened, unused items may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us before sending anything back.
